-Butter-Apple.
- Cinnamon stick and ground
- Anise, sugar PREPARATION
-Wash and core apples.
-Put some butter on the inside and click on a piece of stick cinnamon.
-Sprinkle with a dash of anise or other sweet liqueur to taste, sprinkle with a little sugar and bake at medium heat until apples are golden.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve
